How It Works
1. Subscription Options: £60 or £90 is debited monthly from your account.
3. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel anytime. No further payments will be taken, but no refunds are provided.
5. Time Limit: Blow dry service is limited to 1 hour.
7. No Rollover: Unused blow dries cannot be carried over to another week.
9. Extra Charges: Additional services (e.g. curls, bouncy blow dry, treatments) that exceed 1 hour will incur extra charges (Glam-Up charges).
11. Staff Availability: If the apprentice is unavailable, another team member may carry out the service. If no staff is available, that week's blow dry can be credited to the next week.
13. Booking Responsibility: You must book your own appointments via phone, online, or in-salon.
2. Immediate Booking: You can book your first appointment right after subscribing.
4. Non-Transferable: Membership is for your personal use only and cannot be transferred to someone else.
6. Service Limit: Entitles you to 1 blow dry per week.
8. Apprentice Only: Membership is redeemable with our salon apprentice only.
10. Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up, the week’s blow dry is considered redeemed.
12. Days Available: Blow dry memberships are available only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, during opening hours and subject to availability.
14. Salon Rights: Terri Gilham Hair Spa reserves the right to manage appointments at its discretion.
