Terri Gilham is the visionary behind the Hair Spa, a space dedicated to the art of beautiful, healthy hair. With over 15 years in the industry, Terri has built a reputation for combining exceptional technical skill with a deep commitment to client care.
An award-winning bridal stylist, Terri has worked with countless brides to create timeless, flawless looks for their special day - from romantic waves to intricate up-dos. Her talent, attention to detail, and calming presence have made her a sought-after choice for weddings across the UK.
At the Hair Spa, Terri’s mission is simple: to help every client feel their most confident. She blends advanced hair treatments with luxury service, ensuring each visit is both results-driven and indulgent. From restoring damaged hair to crafting show-stopping styles, Terri and her team deliver a personalised experience every time.

TERRI
I'm so proud of the luxurious, relaxing environment I have created for our guests. You will receive a warm welcome on every visit and you can relax knowing your hair is in the care of Kent's finest hair artists. My passion is for Bridal Hair so if I'm not in the Spa when you visit I am more than likely on the wedding circuit making brides beautiful on their big day. You can book your event hair in with me in the salon for your special occasions and events.

KATY - Senior Artist
I am the Senior Artist at Terri Gilham Hair Spa where I've been perfecting the art of hairdressing for over 14 years. My passion lies in the magic of transformation, and I specialise in using foilyage techniques like balayage and babylights to create seamless blends and stunning all-out blondes. What truly fuels my creativity is the ability to bring big colour transformations to life, but I also love enhancing your natural beauty by giving you thicker and longer hair through the art of hair extensions. I am fully qualified in Tapes, Wefts, and Nano's, ensuring that you can achieve the hair of your dreams.

ELLIE - Senior Artist
With over 10 years of experience in the hair industry, I love creating beautiful, healthy hair. As a Senior Artist at the Hair Spa, I am passionate about keeping your hair strong, glossy, and in the best condition possible. I have a real love for natural, sun-kissed tones and effortlessly lived-in colour looks - the kind of hair that turns heads without trying too hard. And if you’re a brunette, I'm your girl. Whether you want a rich all-over brunette, subtle sun-kissed blends, or a seamless transition from blonde I know exactly how to craft a colour that feels uniquely yours. My clients love my attention to detail and dedication to hair health, and the personalised experience I deliver at every appointment.

ADELE - Creative Artist
I'm the Creative Artist in the salon and have 7 years of experience within the hair industry. Love a short, chic style? I specialise in everything from sharp graduated bobs to textured pixie cuts. If you’re ready for a fresh, flattering short look, I’m the stylist for you! My passion lies in the art of balayage and foiling, where I love creating stunning transformations in the most natural way possible. As well as making you feel beautiful I also love to ensure you are comfortable and at ease throughout your entire experience. I'm here to ensure you enjoy every moment of your service.

MILLIE - Premium Artist
Hey, I'm Millie. I'm a Vidal Sassoon trained hairdresser, and I've had the incredible opportunity to kick-start my career in the heart of London's salon scene. I'm absolutely passionate about creating the perfect style tailored just for you, making your hair look and feel utterly amazing. Blondes, creative colours and precision cuts are my passion. To me, it's not just about styling hair; it's about boosting your confidence and giving you a relaxing experience.

MARIA – Artist
Hi, I’m Maria! I trained here at the Terri Gilham Hair Spa and have now been a qualified stylist for over a year. I love every part of hairdressing and feel so lucky to work with such amazing clients every day. Styling is definitely my passion. I run our Monthly Blow Dry Club, which I absolutely love because it means I get to see my clients regularly and keep their hair looking gorgeous for date nights, business meetings and everything in between. Whether it’s a bouncy blow dry, soft waves or elegant bridal or event hair, I’ll make sure your style is flawless and your hair is always stunning.

ESME – Apprentice
I joined the Terri Gilham Hair Spa team in 2025 and I’m currently working towards my hairdressing qualification right here in the salon. You’ll usually find me making sure you’re well looked after with your refreshments and, of course, treating you to the ultimate part of your visit: a relaxing hair wash complete with a soothing head massage and hot towels. I’m so excited to be starting my journey in hairdressing and can’t wait to grow with the team and our lovely clients.

JADE – Front of House
Hi, I’m Jade! I’m the Front of House here at the Terri Gilham Hair Spa. I’ll be the first friendly face you see when you arrive. I’m here to make sure your visit runs smoothly from start to finish - from booking your appointments to welcoming you into the salon and making sure you’re completely comfortable throughout your time with us. I love getting to know everyone and helping to create the calm, relaxing atmosphere we’re known for. Whether it’s your first visit or you’ve been with us for years, I’ll make sure you always feel at home.
