The Rising Roots Head Spa
(ages 6-14)
💫 45 minutes £65
Designed especially for our younger guests, the Rising Roots Head Spa offers all the luxury of our Harmony Head Spa but tailored with a gentler touch.
Your child will enjoy the same indulgent experience in our private, one-to-one setting — including the much-loved Halo Waterfall, a calming head and scalp massage and a soothing steam to deeply condition their hair. A softer exfoliating scrub is used to gently cleanse away build-up and refresh the scalp, paired with mild scalp treatments carefully selected for their age and sensitivity.
This treatment not only leaves their scalp feeling fresh and healthy, but also helps to:

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY TREATMENT?
Please come with dry, brushed hair and wearing no make-up or jewellery.
IS THE HEAD SPA SUITABLE FOR ALL HAIR TYPES?
Yes! Curly or straight, thick or thin. It is enjoyed by both men and women.
WHO CAN'T HAVE A JAPANESE HEAD SPA?
Unfortunately if you are PREGNANT or have HAIR EXTENSIONS you are unable to have a Head Spa.
WILL THIS HELP WITH HAIR LOSS?
Our Rejuvenation Head Spa uses red light therapy and targeted scalp treatments which can help stimulate follicles, improve circulation, and support new hair growth. While it’s not a cure for medical hair loss, it can improve scalp health and slow progression.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME TO MY TREATMENT?
No. All Head Spa sessions are private 1-to-1 treatments and we’re unable to accommodate additional guests, including children in the clinic.
If you arrive with someone else, we won’t be able to carry out your treatment and full payment will still be required.
(The only exception is 1 parent or guardian accompanying their child for our Rising Roots treatment.)
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER MY HEAD SPA?
Expect to feel deeply relaxed and refreshed. Your scalp will feel lighter and cleaner, and your hair softer with a healthy shine. Some people experience a slight tingling sensation from the increased blood flow - that’s your scalp waking up and getting the nutrients it needs!
To keep the good vibes going, avoid harsh hair products for a day or two and try to keep your scalp clean and hydrated.
DO I NEED A HEAD SPA IF I DON'T HAVE SCALP ISSUES?
Yes! Just like regular facials maintain skin health, Head Spas prevent future problems such as hair thinning, excess oil or flakiness. They’re also an incredible way to de-stress.
WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR MY TREATMENT?
Unfortunately if you are late for your treatment it will cut down your treatment time as we cannot run into our next guests appointment.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I BOOK A HEAD SPA?
We recommend monthly sessions for scalp maintenance or more frequently if you have specific scalp concerns.
IS A BLOW DRY INCLUDED IN MY TREATMENT?
No, a blow dry is not included. This is because it would eat into your treatment time - and we want you to enjoy every minute of your experience.
You are welcome to add on a blow dry for £25 if a stylist is available at the time of your booking. However, we often recommend leaving your hair to dry naturally after your treatment - it’s even better for your scalp and hair health.
