Consultations & Patch Tests
We offer complimentary consultations prior to your first appointment. This isn't necessary for cuts but you are still welcome to one if you would like to meet us for peace of mind before booking. However, this is a must for your first colour visit with us.
We need to see you at least 48 hours before your colour appointment so we can carry out a patch test. At the same we will have an in-depth consultation with you to look at your hair how it currently is and understand what you would like to achieve.
Deposits
We operate a deposit system whereby we kindly require a 50% deposit of your initial service booking fee to secure your booking. This is taken off your bill on the day. We ask for 48hrs notice if you want to cancel or reschedule.
You will receive a link by text, and you can set your account up on there. Alternatively, you can pay over the phone. Any appointments without a deposit will be released after 24 hrs. Your money is 100% safe. We use the company "Stripe". All your account details are confidential, we do not see your bank details.
If you cancel your appointment before 48 hrs then we can hold it on account for you for your next booking or refund it to you.
