Because every guest’s hair journey is different, we offer three different levels of grey blending depending on your goals, maintenance preferences and the amount of grey present within the hair.

Complimentary Consultation
We require you to book a complimentary consultation prior to your grey blending appointment so we can fully assess your current hair, discuss your goals and determine the most suitable level of grey blending for you. During your consultation, we’ll look at your natural grey pattern, previous colour history, desired maintenance level and the overall result you’d like to achieve. This also allows us to create a personalised plan, including how many sessions may be needed to achieve your perfect blend safely and beautifully.
Patch Testing
A patch test is required for every colour service and must be carried out at least 48 hours before your colour service is due. It has to be renewed every 12 months. It is also required for our regular guests who haven't had their colour done with us over 6 months. If you don't have your patch test your colour service will have to be rescheduled and you may lose your deposit.
